How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is $7.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in 5-7 business days after we have received your payment.

Can I choose any design?

Yes, any design from our collections can be chosen.

Is the personalization and design an additional cost?

Personalization and design is included in the cost. Each item includes 1 design choice and 1 name unless otherwise indicated. Additional designs/names can be added for a flat fee of $5 each.

How do I arrange for personalization of my own item?

Send us an email with your request to orders@thisislovegifts.com. We will contact you with more information.

Can my personalization be monogram instead of a name?

Yes, enter your initials instead of a name in the personalization field when you are ordering. Any of our fonts can be used for monogramming. Click here for more information about monograms.
